We walk into properties and find hidden value. A majority of our business is providing targeted, high-end remodel services that pack a punch. No one spends a dollar to earn a dollar. We help institutional investors, owner-operators and first-time buyers add value by leveraging what they have and adding what they need.

Turnkey investment properties.

We provide wholesale and turnkey investment properties. There are two primary vehicles. Either we have an multifamily property you want in which case we wholesale it to you, otherwise you want a steady stream of recession-proof income to diversify your portfolio and you invest alongside us in a given property.
